Eligibility Criteria

Qualification :

  • B. Sc. Agri / Diploma in Agriculture / Horticulture / Agricultural Engineering
  • MBA in Agri- Business or Marketing (Preferred)/ B.sc botany/ B.sc Zoology/ Any science graduates

Experience :

  • Minimum 1 year in field sales / marketing with farmer & dealer network exposure

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct market research and support promotional activities
  • Regular field visit and providing technical guidance to farmers
  • Creating awareness of our products and their usage and targeted marketing
  • Build and maintain relationship with farmers and dealers
  • Conduct and monitor farmer field training or demo and evaluating products
  • Coordinating with sales officer for improving sales
  • Collect field data & feedback from farmers and dealers and to submit timely report to the sales manager
  • Organize and conduct farmer meetings and campaigns for maintaining relationships
  • Drive sales to farmers from dealers
  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and farmer preferences

Skills Required:

  • Strong knowledge of crop patterns, soil health, and farming practices
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to conduct field demonstrations and farmer training sessions
  • Self-motivated with a passion for sustainable agriculture
  • Two-wheeler and valid driving license (mandatory)

Compensation

Salary : Rs. 18,000/ month
