Job Title: Office Boy (Field Work) - 2 Wheeler Compulsory

Job Summary: The Office Boy in this role will primarily be engaged in field

activities, requiring the use of a two-wheeler for efficient transportation.

The responsibilities include a combination of office support and outdoor

tasks.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Field Assistance:

- Conduct outdoor tasks such as banking, document submissions, and

other errands.
- Ensure timely and safe transportation of official documents and

materials.
- Assist in the delivery of packages or documents to various locations.

2. Office Support:

- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the office premises.
- Assist in basic office tasks such as filing, photocopying, and

document preparation.
- Handle and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

3. Errands and Procurement:

- Run errands to purchase office supplies, groceries, or other

necessities.
- Coordinate with vendors for supplies and services as directed.

4. Vehicle Maintenance:

- Ensure regular maintenance and cleanliness of the assigned two
- wheeler.
- Keep track of fuel levels and service requirements.

5. Meeting Support:

- Assist in setting up meeting rooms with necessary materials and

equipment.
- Provide support during off-site meetings and events.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license for a two-wheeler.
- Proven experience in a similar field work role.
- Familiarity with local areas and routes.
- Ability to handle and transport documents safely.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Physical ability to perform outdoor tasks and lift/move objects as neede

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
