Job Description:
- **1. Production Planning**:

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on customer orders and forecasts.
- Coordinate with the Marketing and procurement teams to align production schedules with demand and material availability.
- Monitor and adjust production plans to accommodate changes in customer requirements or production delays.
- **2. Material Planning and Coordination**:

- Ensure availability of raw materials and consumables by coordinating with the procurement and stores teams.

**3. Shop Floor Coordination**:

- Communicate production schedules to the shop floor and ensure alignment with operational goals.
- Monitor production progress and ensure adherence to planned schedules.
- Collaborate with production supervisors to address bottlenecks, delays, or quality issues.

**4. Monitoring and Reporting**:

- Analyze daily production reports to identify deviations from the plan and take corrective actions.
- Maintain records of production activities, including machine utilization, labor efficiency, and downtime.
- Generate and share production performance reports with management.

**5. Process Improvement**:

- Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance production efficiency.
- Work on projects to reduce cycle time, improve productivity, and minimize waste.

**6. Coordination with Cross-Functional Teams**:

- Collaborate with quality assurance to ensure production meets quality standards.
- Communicate with logistics and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery of finished goods.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure mínimal downtime of machines.

**7. Compliance and Documentation**:

- Ensure compliance with IATF, ISO, and other industry standards related to production planning.
- Maintain and update all PPC-related documentation and records.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain optimum stock to avoid overstocking or shortages.
- Track incoming materials and ensure timely availability for production.

Requirements:
- **Education**: Prefered Bachelor’s degree/ Diploma in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2-4 years of experience in production planning and control, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing sector.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in ERP/ SAP or any other software systems and production planning tools.
- Strong knowledge of automotive manufacturing processes.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis tools.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

- Process-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Pay: ₹12,829.86 - ₹37,990.22 per month
