**Job Role**
- Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demand and optimize inventory levels
- Coordinate with sales, production, and procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of products
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and ensure smooth operations
- Conduct regular capacity planning and resource allocation to meet production targets
- Prepare and present reports on production performance, inventory levels, and forecast accuracy
- Implement and maintain production scheduling systems to streamline operations
- Lead and mentor a team of production planners to ensure alignment with company goals
- Participate in strategic planning meetings to provide input on production capabilities and constraints
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement in production planning and inventory control.
