*Job Overview:*

*Key Responsibilities:*
- Oversee the production planning and scheduling of paper manufacturing processes.
- Manage and optimize PPC systems to ensure timely delivery of materials and finished products.
- Monitor inventory levels and forecast material requirements to avoid shortages or overstock.
- Collaborate with the production, quality, and procurement teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Analyze production performance and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
- Prepare and maintain production reports, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Work with senior management to ensure that production goals are met while optimizing cost-efficiency.
- Supervise a small team and coordinate with various departments to address any production issues.
- Ensure that all operations comply with safety standards and environmental regulations.

*Key Requirements:*
- 4-5 years of experience in PPC management, preferably in the paper industry or a similar manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of production planning, inventory control, and resource management.
- Proven ability to optimize production processes and reduce inefficiencies.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools for production management (ERP, MS Excel, etc.).
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Production, Industrial Management, or related fields is preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
