**Key Responsibilities**
- **Project Planning and Scheduling**:

- Develop and maintain project schedules using tools like MS Projet
- Define project deliverables, milestones, and deadlines in collaboration with project managers.
- **Project Monitoring and Control**:

- Track project progress against timelines and budgets.
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation plans.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders.
- **Integrated Management System (IMS)**:

- Ensure project activities comply with IMS standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
- Collaborate with the quality team to integrate IMS requirements into project workflows.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**:

- Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, and procurement teams.
- Facilitate communication among stakeholders to resolve issues promptly.
- **Documentation and Compliance**:

- Maintain accurate project records and documentation.
- Ensure all deliverables meet contractual and regulatory requirements.
- **Coordinating with teams**: Working with procurement and inventory teams to ensure the availability of raw materials and components.
- **Analysing capacity**: Identifying capacity and resource constraints to optimize production timelines.
- **Updating departments**: Informing relevant departments of changes to the production schedule.

**Qualifications and Skills**

1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.

2. **Experience**: 3-5 years in project planning, scheduling, or control roles.

3. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project).

4. Good knowledge of IMS standards (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001).

5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

6. Strong communication and leadership abilities

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
