Production Supervisor

Good knowledge of CNC and VMC machines.
- Manage the inventory of tools and equipment, ensuring all items are tracked, maintained, and properly stored.
- Maintain accurate records of tool usage, repairs, and inventory levels.
- Operate CNC machines, including mills, lathes, and routers, to produce high-quality parts according to specifications.
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities, ensuring timely and efficient output.
- Lead, train, and motivate production team members to achieve production goals and maintain high morale.
- Monitor production processes and implement improvements to optimize efficiency and quality.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate production records and reports, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., quality control, maintenance, logistics) to facilitate smooth operations.
- Conduct regular inspections of production equipment and facilities, coordinating maintenance and repairs as needed.
- Address and resolve any personnel or production-related issues promptly and effectively.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and continuous improvement.
