**Position**: Production Supervisor
**Industry**: Printing and Packaging
**Experience**: 6-8 Years
**Qualification**: Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Engineering, Printing Technology, or a related field)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily production activities to ensure adherence to schedules, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
- Coordinate printing and packaging processes in line with customer specifications and company standards.
- Monitor machinery and equipment performance; initiate corrective actions and schedule maintenance as required.
- Ensure proper setup and calibration of machines including printing presses, die-cutting, laminating, and slitting units.
- Manage and lead the production team, including machine operators, helpers, and line staff.
- Assign tasks, monitor individual performance, and ensure productivity targets are achieved.
- Train, guide, and support new employees to maintain operational standards.
- Conduct regular quality checks on output to detect misprints, color inconsistencies, and packaging defects.
- Implement and maintain quality assurance processes; ensure compliance with customer and industry standards.
- Document and report quality issues, production data, and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with planning, design, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Review job orders and available materials to plan and adjust production schedules.
- Maintain adequate inventory levels of raw materials and packaging supplies.
- Enforce health, safety, and hygiene standards throughout the production area.
- Conduct routine safety inspections and implement risk mitigation measures.
- Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Identify and act on opportunities to improve process efficiency and reduce waste.
- Participate in lean manufacturing, 5S, or other improvement initiatives.
- Utilize ERP or production tracking software for reporting and workflow optimization.
- Maintain working knowledge of printing technologies

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
