**Job Summary**:
The Production Planning & Control (PPC) Senior Executive is responsible for preparing and executing efficient production schedules, monitoring work-in-progress, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring on-time delivery of finished goods. The role aims to optimize resource utilization, reduce production delays, and support continuous improvement in manufacturing operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Production Planning**:

- Develop daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on sales forecasts and customer orders (Considering Capacity)
- Coordinate with sales, inventory, and procurement teams for planning material availability.
- Schedule machine loading and manpower deployment to meet production targets.

**2. Material Requirement Planning (MRP)**:

- Calculate and plan raw material requirements as per the Bill of Materials (BOM).
- Raise purchase requisitions and follow up with stores and purchase departments.
- Monitor material shortages and take proactive measures to avoid production stoppages.

**3. Shop Floor Coordination**:

- Monitor the execution of production schedules on the shop floor.
- Track work-in-progress (WIP) and ensure adherence to timelines and process flows.
- Coordinate with quality and maintenance teams to minimize downtime and quality rejections.

**4. Data & Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate production records, shift-wise output, machine utilization, and rejection reports.
- Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports for management review.
- Analyze production data for identifying bottlenecks and areas for improvement.

**5. Inventory & Dispatch Coordination**:

- Ensure optimum inventory levels of raw material, WIP, and finished goods.
- Coordinate with dispatch/logistics teams to ensure on-time deliveries.

**6. Process Improvement**:

- Participate in lean manufacturing, 5S, and cost-reduction initiatives.
- Support implementation of ERP systems and production tracking tools.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong understanding of production planning, scheduling, and inventory control
- Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems (SAP, Tally, etc.)
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and coordination abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering
- 2-5 years of experience in a PPC role in a manufacturing or engineering unit

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
