Role & Responsibility

1 Assist in daily operations by following the instructions of the Supply Chain Manager, ensuring smooth and efficient logistics and supply chain processes.

2 Managing the transportation of Frozen goods for domestic market, including the selection of carriers and negotiation of rates.

3 Ensuring that shipments are delivered on time and in good condition.

4 Coordinating with warehousing teams to ensure efficient storage and distribution of products.

5 Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) related to supply chain efficiency, cost, and customer service.

6 Continuously monitoring and analyzing supply chain data to identify areas for improvement.

7 Ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled accurately and delivered on time.

8 Setting goals and objectives for the team and ensuring they are met.

9 Managing the end-to-end order fulfillment process, from order receipt to delivery.

10 Monitoring supplier performance and addressing any issues related to quality or delivery.

11 Proficient in Microsoft Office and working on ERP.

12 Update the BRC/ Audit format on daily basis.
