Job Description:

A Packing and Dispatch Executive is responsible for overseeing and managing the packing, labeling, and
dispatching of goods on installation site or vendor's work place. Below is a detailed job description:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Packing Operations:
 Supervise and coordinate the packing of machine & spares according to company standards.
 Ensure goods are packed securely to prevent damage during transit.
 Maintain accurate labeling of packages including product details, destination, and shipping
information.
2. Dispatch Management:
 Oversee the timely dispatch of goods on site and ensure accurate documentation for the
supplied goods.
 Coordinate with logistics providers to schedule shipments and track delivery status and
updating.
 Ensure dispatch documentation such as invoices, shipping labels, and packing lists are prepared
correctly.
3. Inventory Control:
 Monitor stock levels and communicate with the inventory team to ensure adequate supplies for
packing and dispatch.
 Conduct regular audits of packed goods and dispatch records to ensure accuracy.
4. Quality Assurance:
 Check products before packing to ensure quality standards are met.
 Ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations during packing and dispatch.
5. Team Coordination:
 Lead and manage a team of packing staff, providing necessary training and guidance.
 Assign tasks and ensure delivery targets are met.
6. Reporting and Documentation:
 Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on packing and dispatch activities.

 Maintain accurate records of packed and dispatched goods for future reference.

Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in supply chain management or
logistics is a plus.
Experience: 3 - 5 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics role, with a focus on packing and
dispatching.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with inventory management software and ERP systems.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy packages, stand for long periods, and work in a warehouse
environment.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.
