Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mahesana for a Shift Incharge. The Shift Incharge will oversee day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring seamless workflows and adherence to operational guidelines. Responsibilities include managing staff schedules, supervising inventory and storage practices, maintaining safety and compliance standards, and troubleshooting operational concerns as they arise. The role is critical in ensuring efficient and effective cold storage operations within the facility.

Qualifications

• Operations Management: Ability to oversee daily operations, allocate tasks, and meet operational goals
• Leadership Skills: Capable of managing and guiding staff, scheduling shifts, and maintaining team performance
• Inventory Control: Familiarity with inventory management systems and processes for cold storage
• Compliance and Safety: Knowledge of safety protocols, compliance requirements, and regulatory standards
• Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills to address challenges in a fast-paced environment
• Communication: Proficient in verbal and written communication for effective team coordination
• Relevant Experience: Prior experience in warehousing, logistics, or cold storage management is preferred
• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field
