Job Summary:

The WMS User is responsible for operating and managing the Warehouse Management System to ensure accurate, timely, and efficient handling of inventory, order processing, and reporting. This role requires close coordination with warehouse teams and cross-functional stakeholders to maintain data integrity and support smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate the Warehouse Management System (WMS) for inbound, outbound, and inventory management activities.
• Ensure accurate data entry for goods receipts, stock transfers, dispatches, and returns.
• Monitor stock levels and support cycle counting, stock reconciliation, and physical inventory audits.
• Assist in warehouse space planning and layout optimization using WMS functionalities.
• Generate reports for stock movement, discrepancies, order status, productivity, and operational performance.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff to troubleshoot issues related to inventory, barcode scanning, and system updates.
• Maintain 100% compliance with SOPs and ensure data accuracy in the WMS at all times.
• Support internal and external audits with required documentation and system reports.
• Coordinate with IT teams and WMS vendors for enhancements, updates, and technical troubleshooting.
• Assist in training new users on WMS processes, modules, and best practices.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred).
• 45 years of experience in warehouse operations with practical knowledge of WMS software.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, order processing, and warehouse workflows.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to work comfortably with data.

Preferred:

• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, etc.).
• Familiarity with barcode scanning, RFID, or other automated tracking technologies.
