**Key Responsibilities**:
**Front Office Management**:
- Greet and assist walk-in customers and patients professionally.
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain patient records.
- Coordinate with doctors and therapists to ensure smooth clinic operations.
- Keep the reception area organized and welcoming.
**Telecalling & Lead Management**:
- Handle **inbound and outbound calls** for inquiries, follow-ups, and patient engagement.
- Provide detailed information about Ayurmegha’s services, offers, and treatments.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings by effectively explaining benefits.
- Respond promptly to customer queries on digital platforms.
- Maintain a structured database of leads and ensure regular engagement.
**Administrative & Marketing Support**:
- Assist in billing, invoicing, and payment processing.
- Maintain accurate reports of customer interactions and appointments.
- Support marketing activities, event coordination, and promotional campaigns.
**Requirements**:
- **Qualification**: Any graduate.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years in front office, telecalling, or customer service (Healthcare/Ayurveda experience is a plus).
- **Skills**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication in **English, Hindi, and Telugu**.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage patient inquiries efficiently.
**Salary**: Competitive, based on experience.
