Health Camp Coordinator

A Health Camp Coordinator is responsible for organizing and executing health-related activities and programs in various settings. The primary goal of the Health Camp Coordinator is to promote and support healthy lifestyles through education, awareness, and programs. The Health Camp Coordinator will work with various people, including medical professionals, health educators, community leaders, educators, and youth. They will be responsible for designing, organizing, and leading health-related activities, such as health screenings, health education classes, nutrition classes, health fairs, and health promotion campaigns. The Health Camp Coordinator must be knowledgeable in public health and health promotion and have excellent organizational skills. They will need to be able to effectively communicate with all stakeholders and have the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects. They will also need to have strong computer and data management skills

**Religious Health camp Job Responsibilities**:
1. To develop Pilgrims / Religious stakeholder engagement strategy by mapping stakeholders and running stakeholder engagement workshops.

2. Work collaboratively with colleagues to plan, co-ordinate and deliver new
engagement strategies that effectively engage with their external audiences including
strategic stakeholders, health professionals, patients and their families.

3. Contribute to the successful management of internal teams to oversee the
improvement in strength and depth of their engagement across.

4. Be continuously open to new engagement opportunities and where appropriate, work with external partners and relevant internal colleagues to effectively exploit them

5. Ensure effective evaluation measures are in place for areas of responsibility of engagement activity

6. Effectively brief senior colleagues with high quality information and in a timely way ahead of engagement opportunities, collaborating with relevant colleagues where appropriate

7. Ensure meaningful feedback is provided from engagement activities, capturing the feedback in an effective way

8. Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure content is developed promptly and to a high standard for stakeholder engagement events, ensuring this is consistent with corporate key messaging.

9. Act as a communications and engagement lead for key corporate priorities, working with relevant colleagues to develop effective integrated plans that support corporate objectives and, working with other members of the communications and engagement team, ensure plans are delivered to a high standard.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- MSW/BSW-Medical & Psychiatry and experience in working with rural communities
- Minimum 2 years of work experience as a project coordinator, possibly on health and hygiene program
- Exceptional written and verbal communications skills in English and Bengali working knowledge of Hindi is required
- Networking skills
- Excellent computer skills in packages including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Knowledge of ‘Canva’ will be an advantage
- Self-driven, ability to work independently and within a team, highly motivated and willing to travel
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Only for Female

**Working Hours**: Monday to Saturday 10.00 AM to 6.30 PM

(The programs can happen on Sunday and compensated leave will be provided)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹9,031.61 - ₹27,648.86 per month
