Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Social Worker to join our team as a Project Coordinator. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving initiatives related to women empowerment, street libraries, street healthcare, street children education, sanitation, health camps, and other field activities. Your responsibilities will extend to managing CSR projects, fostering public relationships, establishing tie-ups with NGOs, and overseeing donation collection efforts. **Responsibilities**: 1. Project Coordination: - Lead and coordinate various projects, including but not limited to women empowerment, street libraries, street healthcare, street children education, sanitation, and health camps. - Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely completion and adherence to set objectives. 2. CSR Project Coordination: - Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives. - Monitor and evaluate CSR projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and societal impact. 3. Public Relations: - Act as a Public Relations Officer (PRO) to establish and maintain positive relationships with the public, media, and key stakeholders. - Communicate the organization's mission, values, and project outcomes effectively. 4. NGO Tie-ups: - Identify and establish partnerships with NGOs, fostering collaboration and maximizing the impact of joint initiatives. - Coordinate with partner organizations to ensure seamless execution of shared projects. 5. Field Activities: - Oversee and actively participate in on-the-ground activities, engaging with communities and stakeholders. - Implement strategies to address challenges and optimize project outcomes. 6. Donation Collection: - Develop and implement strategies for donation collection, ensuring transparency and ethical practices. - Build and nurture relationships with donors to enhance ongoing support. 7. Social Business Development: - Explore and develop opportunities for social business initiatives that align with the organization's mission.
