**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Regulatory Compliance**:

- Ensure all centres comply with state and central health regulations.
- Stay updated on government policies, laws, and amendments relevant to the health sector.
- **Portal Management**:

- Proficiently handle government portals for healthcare sector registration, licensing, and renewals.
- **Licensing and Approvals**:

- Oversee registration of new centres and renewal of licenses (e.g., clinical establishment, pollution control, biomedical waste).
- **Coordination with Authorities**:

- Act as the primary liaison with government officials and regulatory bodies.
- Address inspections, audits, and compliance queries from authorities.

**Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain comprehensive records of compliance activities.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the management.
- **Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Law, or related fields.
- 3+ years of experience in compliance management within the health sector.
- Familiarity with government portals like Niti Aayog, Clinical Establishment Act portals, or similar platforms.
- Strong knowledge of sector-specific laws (e.g., Pollution Control Board, Biomedical Waste Rules).
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel across multiple centres in West Bengal as required.

Pay: ₹16,078.31 - ₹18,460.53 per month
