Responsibilities: Legal ComplianceManagement: Ensure compliance with allapplicable laws, regulations, and guidelines relevant to the group'soperations. Conduct regular reviews ofcompany policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance. Develop and implementcompliance training programs for employees. Real EstateTransactions: Oversee legal aspects of realestate transactions, including due diligence, title searches, and propertyacquisitions. Provide legal guidance onproperty development, leases, and related matters. NCLT (National CompanyLaw Tribunal) Matters: Handle legal proceedingsrelated to NCLT, including drafting petitions, attending hearings, and ensuringcompliance with NCLT regulations. Due Diligence: Conduct due diligence reviewsfor mergers, acquisitions, and other business transactions. Identify and assess legal risksassociated with potential business ventures. Company Act Compliance: Ensure compliance with theCompanies Act and other corporate governance requirements. Advise on legal matters relatedto corporate structure, board meetings, and shareholder relations. Labour Laws: Stay updated on changes inlabor laws and regulations. Provide legal support onemployment contracts, termination issues, and employee relations. Contract Act: Review and draft a wide rangeof contracts, agreements, and legal documents. Negotiate terms and conditionswith external parties. Indian Acts andRegulations: Stay informed about relevantIndian acts, regulations, and legal developments. Advise the organization oncompliance with specific Indian laws applicable to our industry. Qualifications:a Bachelor's degree in Law;Master's degree is a plus.b 5 - 7 years of experience as aLegal Compliance Officer or similar role.c In -depth knowledge of realestate laws, NCLT procedures, Company Act, Labour Laws, Contract Act, and otherrelevant Indian acts.d Strong analytical andproblem -solving skills.e Excellent communication andnegotiation skills.f Ability to work independentlyand collaboratively in a fast -paced environment.
