**AgVa Healthcare** is India's largest ventilator manufacturing company, dealing in ICU equipment such as DVT pumps, suction pumps, and various types of ventilators. Established in 2018, AgVa is one of the fastest-growing Indian healthcare startups with an R&D center located in Noida. AgVa has the capability to research and develop various high-end ICU equipment in a short time. During the COVID pandemic, AgVa provided the largest number of ventilators by a private organization to the Indian government.
**Role Description**
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Engineer. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for developing sales strategies, identifying potential customers, building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers, achieving sales targets, and conducting market research to identify new market opportunities.
**Qualifications**
Proven experience as a Sales Engineer or similar role
Strong knowledge of ICU equipment and experience in selling ICU equipment, preferably ventilators
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
Ability to work independently and remotely
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a relevant field
Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
