Sales Executive

A Sales Executive for a laminate company would focus on generating leads, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth within a specific territory. They would also be responsible for understanding customer needs, presenting laminate products and solutions, and negotiating contracts. Key Responsibilities:
- **Lead Generation and Prospecting**: Identify and pursue potential customers for laminate products within the assigned territory.
- **Building Relationships**: Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- **Sales Presentations and Demonstrations**: Present laminate products and solutions to clients, highlighting their benefits and features.
- **Negotiation and Contract Management**: Negotiate sales terms and conditions, prepare and manage sales contracts.
- **Sales Target Achievement**: Meet or exceed sales targets for the assigned territory.
- **Customer Service**: Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries and concerns.
- **Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence**: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices.
- **Reporting and Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate sales records and reports, providing insights into sales performance.
**Required Skills**:
- Strong sales and communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Product knowledge of laminates and related building materials.
- Negotiation and contract management skills.
- Excellent presentation and demonstration skills.

Experience and Education:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 2 year experience in Laminates or plywood mandatory.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
