**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell OTT platform subscriptions.
- Build rapport and understand customer needs to provide the best subscription solutions.
- Handle objections and close sales effectively.
- Maintain and update customer databases with accurate call details.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets to earn additional incentives.
- Collaborate with the team to share best practices and improve sales techniques
- Provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in telesales, customer service, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Basic computer skills for recording call information.
- Positive attitude and a results-driven approach.

**Benefits**:

- Fixed monthly salary of Rs 12,000.
- Additional Rs 200 incentive per sale after reaching the 80-sales benchmark in a month.
