**Job Overview**

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented female Sales Coordinator to join our hotel’s sales team. The Sales Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the sales department by coordinating sales activities, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring seamless communication between the sales team and clients.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Sales Support**:

- Assist the sales team in promoting the hotel’s services and amenities to prospective clients[].
- Respond to client inquiries, prepare proposals, and follow up on leads[].
- **Coordination & Communication**:

- Coordinate sales activities, including managing schedules, booking appointments, and organizing site inspections and tours[].
- Ensure effective communication between the sales team, clients, and other departments within the hotel[].
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Manage sales-related documents, including contracts, reports, and client information[].
- Prepare sales reports and track sales metrics to assist in meeting the hotel's sales goals[].
- **Event Coordination**:

- Support the planning and execution of events and conferences, coordinating with the event management team to ensure client satisfaction[].

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in hotel sales or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software.
