**Job Title**: Sales Coordinator

**Location**: Noida Extension Phase-2, Near NSEZ Metro Station (Aqua Line), Noida, India

**Experience**: 1-3 years as a Sales Coordinator

**Salary**: ₹18,000 - ₹30,000 per month

**Working Days**: 6 days a week

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Documentation**: Prepare accurate sales proformas, quotations, and invoices to facilitate smooth transactions.
- **Data Management**: Maintain and update sales records, databases, and spreadsheets to track sales performance and client information.
- **Vendor Management**: Liaise with vendors to ensure timely procurement of products and services, negotiate terms, and maintain positive relationships.
- **Communication**: Draft and manage professional correspondence with clients, vendors, and internal departments to ensure clear and effective communication.
- **Coordination**: Collaborate with various departments, including logistics, finance, and customer service, to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.
- **Reporting**: Generate regular sales reports and analyses to assist the sales team in strategic planning and decision-making.
- **Administrative Support**: Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, organizing files, and preparing sales materials.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar administrative role.
- **Skills**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
- Experience in vendor management and understanding of procurement processes.
