Ø We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team. The Sales Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales team and ensuring smooth communication and coordination across various departments to drive sales of our products. This position requires strong organizational skills, a customer-centric approach, and a good understanding of the security product industry.

Ø **Key Roles and Responsibilities**:
Ø Assist the sales team with the day-to-day administrative tasks, such as managing inquiries, preparing quotes, and processing orders for CCTV camera products.

Ø Prepare and maintain sales reports, records, and relevant documents, including tracking sales performance and inventory levels.

Ø Coordinate orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate processing, tracking shipments, and confirming delivery schedules with clients.

Ø Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing product queries, providing product information, and guiding them through the purchasing process.

Ø Update and manage customer profiles, interactions, and sales history in the CRM system to ensure effective follow-ups and relationship building.

Ø Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies, promotions, and marketing campaigns to enhance product visibility and sales volume.

Ø Work closely with the logistics, marketing, and finance departments to ensure that orders are fulfilled correctly and promptly.

Ø **Qualifications**:
Ø Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Ø Previous experience in a sales coordinator or administrative role, preferably within the security or CCTV industry.

Ø Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
