**Position**:Operations - Holidays Packages
- 2-5 Yrs years experience required.

**Working Hours -**:

- Weekdays 10:45 - 7:15, Working Saturdays -- 10:45 - 4:30

**Key Roles**:

- Handling end to end International Packages
- From handling the query by liasoning with:

- Clients
- to understand their requirement and helping them shortlisting the destination per their interest & requirement and sharing the itinerary with them
- Suppliers/ DMC- Co-ordinating for getting the quote from them basis the requirements narrowed down by clientsFinalizing the queries
- Voucher generation, end to end customer management, support to clients during the trip (basically an end to end query management)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Nariman Point, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Operations management: 3 years (required)
