We have an excellent opportunity for the profile of **Holiday Package Executive**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Holiday Package Management**:

- Design, customize, and manage holiday packages for individual and group travelers.
- Collaborate with hotels, tour operators, and transportation providers to create seamless travel experiences.
- Stay informed about popular travel destinations, attractions, and emerging trends.
- **Customer Service**:

- Consult with clients to understand their preferences and requirements for holiday experiences.
- Provide expert advice on destination choices, activities, and accommodations.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- **Sales and Upselling**:

- Actively promote additional services, upgrades, and travel insurance to enhance the customer experience and increase revenue.
- Achieve sales targets by effectively communicating the value of various holiday packages.
- **Booking and Documentation**:

- Process holiday package bookings accurately, ensuring adherence to travel regulations.
- Prepare and organize travel documents, itineraries, and other necessary paperwork related to holiday packages.
- Confirm reservations and handle changes or cancellations efficiently.
- **Technology Proficiency**:

- Utilize travel booking systems and relevant software for efficient reservation management.
- Stay updated on industry technologies and trends to enhance operational efficiency.
- **Crisis Management**:

- Handle unforeseen circumstances during travel, providing alternative solutions and assistance to ensure a positive customer experience.
- **Record Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, bookings, and financial transactions.
- Generate reports and summaries as required by management.

**Qualification**:

- Proficiency in using travel booking systems and relevant software.
- Extensive knowledge of popular holiday destinations, attractions, and activities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven sales and customer service experience.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in processing holiday package bookings and documentation.
- Certification in Travel and Tourism or related field is an asset.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
