TOUR CONSULTANT

Role Description

We are looking for a full-time Trip Planner Holiday Consultant to join our team in Mumbai Metropolitan Region. As a Trip Planner Holiday Consultant, your day-to-day tasks will involve planning and organizing customized trip itineraries for our individual and group customers to various destinations around the world. This is an on-site role.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in organizing Domestic and International customized holiday packages ie FIT Packages for B2C clients ,and other associated travel bookings
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with excellent time management skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle customer enquiries and complaints efficiently and effectively
• Excellent knowledge of popular tourist destinations around the world and current travel trends
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Fluent in written and spoken English, and one or more regional languages

RESPONSIBILITIES

• To discuss travel plans with Clients and Design Itinerary According to their Taste and Budget
• Work on Said Plan Co-ordinating with vendors and using Online Portals
• Designing said itinerary in a convenient and cost effective way as per client brief
• To Guide Clients and Create Positive and Mutually beneficial relationship with Client
• To Arrange and Book Said Services for Clients , so that they may enjoy a seamless Travel experience

RELAVANCY

• Experience should be Client Facing ie Sales or Customer Service or Front End Operations with client interaction
• Experience in Selling Group Tours while helpful but is Not Relevant
• Back End Process Airline Process Portal Process or B2B or DMC experience Is not relevant
• Ticketing and Visa Related Work is Not relevant

6. Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
7. Meticulous attention to detail and precision.
8. Preferably possess a Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, travel and tourism, or a related field.
