Go Kite Tours is seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Holiday Consultant to join our Mumabi Branch. This role demands a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of travel planning, customer engagement, and destination knowledge.

As a senior member of our travel planning team, you will take charge of curating high-quality holiday experiences, mentoring junior consultants, and delivering exceptional service to our clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with walk-in clients, phone, and online inquiries to understand travel needs, budgets, and preferences.

Design and sell bespoke domestic and international holiday packages including flights, hotels, sightseeing, transfers, and activities.

Provide expert advice on destinations, visa requirements, travel trends, and seasonal packages.

Manage end-to-end booking processes, ensuring accuracy and timely confirmations across all travel components.

Act as a point of escalation for complex queries or issues and provide prompt resolutions.

Coordinate with internal teams (ticketing/reservations)

Upsell value-added services such as travel insurance, forex, visa processing, and special experiences.

Conduct regular follow-ups with leads and ensure a seamless customer journey from inquiry to post-travel feedback.

Mentor and support junior consultants, contributing to knowledge-sharing and team success.

Stay updated on the latest industry trends, promotional offers, and destination developments.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or any related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in holiday sales, travel consulting, or tourism operations.

Sound knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations, documentation, and travel regulations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, customer-first mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹852, ₹2,091,878.91 per year
