Role Overview

As a Sr. Holiday Expert, you will be responsible for handling end-to-end holiday sales and operations. From engaging with clients and converting leads into bookings to coordinating with vendors and ensuring flawless travel execution, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients via calls, emails, and chats to understand their travel needs and offer the best domestic and international holiday options.
  • Create, sell, and execute customized itineraries and packages for destinations including
    Europe, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East
    .
  • Coordinate with hotels, airlines, DMCs, and vendors for bookings, confirmations, documentation, and smooth travel arrangements.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Manage the entire booking lifecycle—right from inquiry and conversion to execution, follow-ups, and after-sales support.
  • Stay updated with travel trends, visa processes, and destination knowledge to provide accurate and timely information to clients.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years
    of experience in holiday sales and/or operations.
  • Strong knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to
    convert inquiries into bookings and manage end-to-end travel operations
    .
  • Graduate degree (IATA certification or Travel & Tourism diploma is an advantage).
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and customer service orientation.
