Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai for Operations Managers - MICE/LEISURE (travel industry). The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions), Education and leisure travel. Key tasks include creating destination itineraries, costing, negotiating with various vendors directly, contracting, detailed planning of the tour, managing all travel related arrangements, liaising with clients, vendors, and partners, ensuring customer satisfaction, and coordinating with various departments to ensure seamless execution of events and tours.
Qualifications
- Rich experience in managing MICE , education and leisure travel operations
- In-depth Destination knowledge
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in budgeting and scheduling
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Relevant experience in the travel industry is a MUST
- Preference will be given to those having knowledge and experience in destinations of South East Asia, Africa and India
