Receptionist/administration Assistant

Responsibilities and Duties:
Location: Worli
Exp : 2-3yrs.
- Providing an efficient and professional administrative and clerical service to colleagues and supervisors to facilitate the efficient operation of the office.
- Supervising the work of office juniors and assigning work to them.
- Creates processes and tracks purchase orders.
- Keeping records of vendor invoices and transferring to account department.
- Monitoring inventory, office stock and ordering supplies as necessary.
- Coordinating with the dealers, Suppliers and vendors.
- Maintenance and repairs of office, security and office equipment.
- Maintained filing and correspondence systems.
- Communicated and answered inquiries and provided information to customers.
- Maintaining workers and correspondence confidentiality.
- Procuring all office required stationary from vendors as per the requirement.
- Coordinating with courier services and ending couriers and maintaining the registers accordingly.
- Checking the mobile bills before sending it to accounts for billing
- Looking after the facility management and staff amenities.
- Coordination with other departments.
- Maintenance of entire infrastructure (civil work, carpenter work, electrical work, plumbing work, air condition etc.)
- Keeping track of AMC renewals on annual basis.
- Looking after the interiors of the office.
- Maintaining record of stationery and pantry items.
**Salary**: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Greater Mumbai, Mumbai - 400030, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
