
Banquet Executive

To visit business houses, embassies and social organizations with a view to sell the available Banquet facilities.
- Maintain constant contact with regular clientele.
- Identify local competition and suggest means of combating the same.
- Report on a regular basis the progress of sales activities.
- Help the accounts department realize outstanding banquet bills of guests.
- Develop selling aids to make selling effective..
- Maintain guest history cards of past clientele so as to ensure repeal' business. '" Attend banquet functions especially of prestigious clients and co-ordinate the same to ensure its smooth functioning and develop rapport with the guests.
- Take banquet bookings whenever necessary.
- Co-ordinate with the sales department, to get the leads of potential clients.
- Co.ordinate with the Kitchen, Housekeeping, Front Office for smooth functioning.
- Possess thorough knowledge of banqueting and other services available in the Hotel.
- Attend training sessions and staff meetings as and when directed by the superiors.
- Report any health and safety hazards to the Food & Beverage Manager.
- To ensure that all duties are carried out in line with the Hotel Policy with high standards of personal appearance, personal hygiene, correct uniforms and name badges as outlined.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
