About This Role

What You’ll Do- Continually expand network through leveraging user groups, blogs and networking events
- Develop a pipeline of talent for current role and future hiring needs

What You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s degree and 1-3 years Recruiting or Talent Acquisition experience required
- APAC, EMEA or NA Market Sourcing experience.
- Technical Hiring experience especially with Full Stack Developers
- Non-tech hiring especially with SDR, SDM, AE, Expansion Heads, Country Leads, Payroll Management Executives, Legal, Compliance, Finance and Accounting.
- Experience with Linkedin Recruiter, Github and other tools.
- Familiarity with current direct sourcing techniques and ability to remain current with developing new techniques and skills
- You enjoy collaboration, and can clearly communicate your ideas to stakeholders across different functional areas.
- You have an innovative and creative approach, a passion for automation is welcomed in our team.
