**Your Impact**:

- Implement Equality-related hiring strategies for underrepresented talent across a wide range of Customer Success, Sales, Engineering, Product Management, and Corporate roles at Salesforce
- Ability to influence hiring decisions and leverage data, programs, and outreach to provide access and advocate for underrepresented talent
- Partner with other departments (ES, Finance, Legal, etc) to drive the recruiting process through to on-boarding
- Provide direction while working independently and collaboratively
- Analyze systemic bias/inequalities as well as diversity/underrepresented market trends, and the competitive landscape of diversity hiring to strengthen the hiring process
- Share best practices on passive talent engagement and phone screens, objection handling, and pitching Salesforce for multiple business units
- Enable Recruiting and Hiring Teams with inclusive hiring practices, driving awareness around unconscious biases and courageous conversations
- Communicate openly and honestly and infuse fun into the workplace. Create and maintain trusted connections with the people and systems we work with. Focuses on the customer at all times. Participate in new hire training and mentors team members Take care of self and others. Donate time to help make the world a better place and upholds the equal treatment of all

**Desired Skills/Experience**:

- 5+ years full cycle in-house, or in an agency setting
- 3+ years experience as a diversity recruiter/sourcer in building diverse pipelines to attract and hire diverse talent
- Ability to partner and influence stakeholders at all levels, including executives, to drive hiring goals and program outcomes
- Proficiency with ATS and other related platforms (Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, etc.)
- Experience with project and program management
- Experience with providing training on-line and/or in person
