**Responsibilities**:
In this role, you will also be responsible to:

- **Talent Sourcing**:
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.- Help the TA partners schedule screening interviews
- Coordinate and facilitate technical assessments and other evaluation processes.
- **Stakeholder Management**:
- Partner closely with TA partners to understand company hiring needs
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment status to the TA Manager
- Ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process by managing expectations and timelines
- **Employer Branding**:
- Develop and implement employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
- **Market Intelligence**:
- Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the talent market.
- Conduct competitor analysis and provide insights to improve recruitment strategies.
- Analyze and report on recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.- Manage offer negotiations and onboarding processes.

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills**:

- Minimum of 2 years of talent sourcing experience, focusing on tech roles (developers QAs, ML/AI, etc.).
- Proven track record of successful hires in technology or related industries.

**Soft Skills / Personal Characteristics**:

- Strong understanding of IT roles and the nuances of hiring for these positions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Familiarity with the talent market
