**Talent Acquisition Sourcer**
Are you ready to take your talent sourcing skills to the next level and make a real impact in the world of digital media? Brainlabs, the fastest-growing experts in the industry, is seeking a Talent Intelligence and Sourcing Lead to join our team.
Working closely with the Global TA Lead to communicate and implement an inclusive sourcing vision and strategy across Brainlabs. You will also have the opportunity to develop and deliver new and emerging high-impact inclusive sourcing tools and initiatives that will help ensure that Brainlabs is always able to provide world-class service and products to our clients.
Your role will be essential to the success of our Talent Acquisition team. You will work closely with People Partners, Talent Acquisition Directors, Executive Search, and Early Careers Recruitment to develop talent intelligence and talent mapping to meeting succession and workforce plans and support sourcing executives and high-profile roles.
You will also have the opportunity to inspire a world-class sourcing team and play a key role in setting and monitoring team performance against agreed key performance indicators and outcomes. You will also work closely with data and insights to conduct an in-depth analysis of data from various sources and provide regular reporting on the effectiveness of Talent Acquisition impact.
As a Talent Acquisition Sourcer, you will be a visible member of the Talent Acquisition Team and actively contribute to the broader Talent Acquisition and People and Organisational Development strategy and goals.
