Are you passionate about enhancing patient experiences and improving healthcare services? We are seeking a dedicated Patient Relations Executive to join our team in Begumpet, Hyderabad. In this role, you will develop and implement strategies to boost patient satisfaction and work closely with healthcare teams to address and resolve patient concerns.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Implement Patient Relations Strategies: Create and execute strategies to improve patient satisfaction and engagement.

Collaborate with Healthcare Teams: Work with medical and administrative staff to address patient concerns and ensure effective resolution of issues.

Monitor and Report on Patient Satisfaction: Track and analyze patient satisfaction metrics, providing regular reports to management.

Conduct Surveys and Gather Feedback: Design and administer patient surveys to collect feedback and identify areas for improvement.

Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Keep abreast of the latest advancements in patient relations methodologies and best practices.

Provide Training and Support: Offer guidance and training to team members on patient relations practices and tools.

Participate in Improvement Initiatives: Contribute to projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing patient relations and overall healthcare service quality.

Continuous Improvement: Work towards the ongoing enhancement of patient relations processes and protocols.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications are a plus.

Proven experience in patient relations, customer service, or a related role in a healthcare setting.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.

Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
