Job Opportunity: Patient Relationship Executive
**Responsibilities**:
Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, addressing their concerns and offering solutions.
Ensure smooth patient care by coordinating with medical professionals and hospital staff.
Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and overall experience.
Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, complaints, and resolutions.
Monitor patient feedback and suggest improvements.
Provide information regarding healthcare services, insurance, and related topics.
Assist with scheduling appointments and arranging other necessary tasks.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-6 years of experience in a patient-facing role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of healthcare industry practices and regulations.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
Fluent in English and at least one local language.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong time-management and organizational skills.
