**Patient Interaction and Communication**:

- Serving as the point of contact for patients and their families.
- Responding to patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
- Providing information about hospital policies, procedures, and services.
- Facilitating communication between patients and hospital staff.
- **Patient Feedback and Satisfaction**:

- Collecting patient feedback through surveys and other methods.
- Analyzing feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Developing and implementing initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction.
- **Patient Advocacy and Support**:

- Acting as a patient advocate to ensure their needs are met.
- Assisting patients with hospital transactions and navigating the healthcare system.
- Supporting patients and families during their hospital stay.
- **Documentation and Record Keeping**:

- Maintaining accurate records of patient interactions and feedback.
- Documenting patient issues, complaints, and resolutions.
- **Collaboration and Teamwork**:

- Collaborating with medical staff and other departments to address patient issues.
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives.
- Coordinating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- **Ensuring Compliance**:

- Following all applicable regulations regarding patient information privacy and patient rights.
- Adhering to hospital policies and procedures.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

**Experience**:

- Hospital: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi, English & Telugu (preferred)
