**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide deep technical expertise in Linux and Windows Operating Systems, including performance tuning and troubleshooting.
- Design, implement, and manage backup and storage solutions, ensuring data availability, integrity, and protection.
- Deploy, configure, and maintain Hyperconverged Infrastructure (HCI) platforms, including Nutanix and HP Hardware.
- Optimize licensing strategies for Windows environments, ensuring compliance and cost-efficiency.
- Manage and support databases, including MS SQL and Oracle, ensuring high availability and optimized performance.
- Design and implement Disaster Recovery (DR) solutions, creating failover strategies and ensuring successful DR testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver IT projects, including server migrations, system upgrades, and infrastructure transformations.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the IT team.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot infrastructure issues, and ensure timely resolutions to minimize downtime.
- Ensure security, compliance, and best practices are followed across IT infrastructure.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- Operating Systems: Proficiency in both Linux and Windows operating systems, including configuration, management, and troubleshooting.
- HCI Platforms: Strong experience with Hyperconverged Infrastructure solutions such as Nutanix and HP hardware.
- Storage Solutions: Expertise in managing enterprise-level storage systems.
- Backup Systems: Proficient in designing and managing backup solutions for data protection and recovery.
- Windows Licensing: In-depth understanding of Windows Server licensing, virtualization rights, and compliance.
- Databases: Knowledge of MS SQL and Oracle databases; ability to manage, tune, and optimize database environments.
- Disaster Recovery: Experience in designing, implementing, and testing DR solutions.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.

**Preferred Experience**:

- **12+ years of experience in IT infrastructure roles, focusing on backup systems, storage, and hyperconverged technologies.**:

- **Certification in relevant technologies (e.g., Nutanix Certified, Microsoft Certified, Oracle DBA, etc.) is a plus**.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale IT infrastructure projects

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
