**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the Drupal platform SME, guiding internal and external teams toward aligned technical solutions
- Conduct platform usage reviews and convert requirements into actionable specifications with relevant stakeholders
- Support Agile sprint planning, backlog management, and implementation with precision across testing and deployment
- Define and promote development standards, design patterns, and governance for scalable technical solutions
- Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate UX, innovation, and problem-solving into project execution
- Maintain comprehensive system design documentation for all website components and deliverables
- Lead production planning and ensure seamless deployment of platform solutions
- Prepare and manage technical specifications and version control documentation
- Independently develop and deliver Drupal CMS solutions using best practices and architectural standards
- Provide expertise in Acquia platform capabilities, module development, and performance issue resolution

**Essential Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field with 12+ years of experience, or master’s with 10+ years
- Over 5 years of hands-on experience in Drupal CMS development, including architectural responsibilities and relevant technical expertise in CMS solution on Acquia platform, operations and exposure to Acquia Cloud Next.
- Experience with CMS migrations and deployment on Acquia platform infrastructure
- Strong understanding of infrastructure technologies such as hardware, virtualization, and networking
- Proficiency in JavaScript, PHP, or Python for dynamic programming
- Skilled in tools like Visual Studio, Eclipse, Git, or SVN for modern development and version control
- Excellent communication skills to clearly convey technical information to diverse stakeholders

**Desirable Requirements**:

- Experience designing and delivering large-scale websites using Drupal 8/9/10 Web Content Management Systems
- Proficiency in front-end technologies including CSS, HTML, XML, JavaScript, and web services
