**About the role**

Location : #L1 Hybrid
Your responsibilities include but not limited to:

- NMMi / NOM administration and dashboard creations in production, create alerts in Splunk
- Understanding of full stack monitoring and integration various data sources to create a fullview
- Participate in technical troubleshooting and P1/P2 incidents RCA
- Vendor and stakeholder management to manage and maintain KPIs and platform availability
- Participate in architecture discussions to move platform to cloud and hybrid environment
- New integrations, creation of pipelines, production monitoring.
- Knowledge of servicenow and upstream / downstream integrations
- Work with Reliability engineering team for enabling full stack view for proactive monitoring.
- Work closely with other teams to follow standard processes.

**Role Requirements**
- Engineering graduate
- Minimum 8+ years of experience and expertise in in Splunk, ITSI, Microfocus NMMi
- Minimum 8+ years of vendor management experience
- Experience of working in a GxP/SOX qualified environment
- Experience of working with cross-functional and global teams including off-shore teams
- Experience of leading technical projects
