As a **Sales and Marketing Executive** at Makerstrive Engineering Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in enhancing brand awareness, generating sales leads, and establishing long-lasting client relationships. You will collaborate closely with both the sales and marketing teams to create and implement effective strategies to increase the company’s market share and overall visibility.

Key Responsibilities:
**Sales Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Identify and target potential clients in relevant industries (e.g., manufacturing, construction, automation, etc.).
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Maintain an active pipeline of leads and follow up on existing opportunities.
- Negotiate and close sales contracts with new and existing clients.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Prepare sales reports and provide feedback to management on market trends, client needs, and competitor activities.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the company's products and services.

**Marketing Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement marketing campaigns tailored to Makerstrive Engineering’s products and target market.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
- Coordinate with external vendors and agencies for marketing activities, including digital advertising, SEO, and social media promotions.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product development or new marketing tactics.
- Organize and support promotional events, product launches, and exhibitions.
- Maintain and update product brochures, company website, and other marketing collateral.

**Qualifications: Any Degree**

**Experience**:

- less than 2 yrs**

**Skills**:

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with digital marketing (SEO, SEM, content marketing, etc.) and social media management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
