Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
Build and maintain relationships with developers, brokers, and clients.
Conduct society presentations and meetings to promote our projects and gain approvals.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
Coordinate with marketing and project teams to ensure effective communication and project promotion
Travel extensively between various project sites in Western and Southern Mumbai to oversee sales activities and engage with clients.

**Requirements**:
Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate sales with a focus on Mumbai developers.
Fluency in English and Hindi.
Strong understanding of the Mumbai real estate market.
Experience in conducting society presentations and securing approvals.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
