**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and evaluate customer needs in the real estate sector.
- Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and referrals.
- Schedule and conduct site visits and property tours with potential buyers.
- Provide accurate information about the property and negotiate sales contracts.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for attracting new customers.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to promote our properties effectively.
- Stay informed about the real estate market trends, competitors, and developments.
- Prepare and submit weekly sales reports to management.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Field Sales Executive or similar role in real estate sales.
- Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics and procedures.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Customer-oriented approach and ability to manage client relationships effectively.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
