**Job Description: Online Sales Executive (Female)**

**Position**: Online Sales Executive
**Location**: Vile Parle (West)
**Work Hours**: [Specify, e.g., 9 AM - 6 PM]

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Interaction**:

- Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable travel packages.
- Provide accurate information about destinations, itineraries, pricing, and services.
- **Sales Activities**:

- Drive online sales by converting leads into bookings.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Follow up on inquiries and ensure timely bookings and payments.
- **Content & Engagement**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote travel packages online.
- Engage with potential clients through social media posts and campaigns.
- Share updates on seasonal offers and travel deals.
- **Coordination & Support**:

- Work closely with the operations team to ensure a smooth travel experience for clients.
- Assist in resolving customer concerns or complaints.
- **Market Insights**:

- Analyze customer feedback to improve sales strategies.
- Monitor industry trends to identify new opportunities.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Educational Background**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Tourism, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum 1-2 years in sales, preferably in the travel industry.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in CRM tools and online booking systems.
- Basic understanding of social media and digital marketing.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- **Language Proficiency**: Fluent in English and Hindi Etc.
