Strategic Planning and Goal Setting: Lead the development of annual sales plans, forecasts, and KPIs for the overseas education market. Establish and monitor individual sales targets for the team, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Budget Management: Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual sales department budgets. Track expenses and ensure efficient resource allocation to maximize ROI.
- Performance Management: Motivate and coach the sales team to achieve individual and team targets. Provide regular feedback, conduct performance reviews, and implement initiatives to continuously improve sales processes.
- Market Expansion: Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities. Analyze competitor strategies and devise effective countermeasures to maintain a competitive edge.
- Student Management: Maintain and update student databases. Ensure timely feedback collection from students and address their concerns effectively.
- Collaboration and Visibility: Coordinate closely with the marketing team to develop and execute brand awareness campaigns. Participate actively in quarterly and annual company planning sessions.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
