We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive to support our efforts in KOL (Key Opinion

Leaders) onboarding and relationship management. This internship will provide hands-on

experience in sales and marketing strategies within the healthcare and wellness sector.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist our sales team by shadowing them, making minutes of the meeting and

generating insights.
- Assist in identifying and targeting appropriate KOLs (e.g., general practitioners,

gynecologists) based on our service portfolio.
- Support the planning and execution of marketing strategies to meet defined targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to provide insights and ideas for strategy and

campaign improvement.
- Assist in planning and executing events such as CMEs, awareness camps and

conferences.
- Conduct LinkedIn outreach to prospects, maintain professional engagement, and build

relationships through LinkedIn messages and posts.
- Help manage LinkedIn profiles and campaigns, ensuring consistent engagement and

brand presence.
- Stay updated with industry trends to maintain a high level of relevant knowledge.

Eligibility:

- Strong interest in healthcare, marketing, or sales.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Organized, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Eager to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
