Sales & Marketing Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Market Research:
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand customer needs and trends.
- Analyze competitor strategies and reporting on findings.
2.Lead Generation:
- Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to generate leads.
3. Client Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and engagements.
- Present product offerings and services to prospective clients, tailoring the approach to meet their specific needs.
4. Sales Support:
- Assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer feedback is integrated into product development and marketing strategies.
5. Reporting:
- Track and report on sales metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Maintain a database of leads and current clients, updating as necessary.
6. Networking:
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote our products.
**Qualifications**:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing or sales, preferably in the food and beverages industry.
Communication Skills: Must be fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Motivation: A self-starter who is motivated by goals and success in a fast-paced environment.
