Handling Media Relations: Act as the main contact for all media inquiries, issuing press releases, arranging interviews, and responding to news stories affecting the hospital or doctor.
- Reputation Management: Build and maintain a favorable public image by monitoring public opinion, addressing negative publicity, and promoting achievements or new services.
- Crisis Communication: Manage communication during public health emergencies, legal disputes, or accidents, ensuring accurate information and minimizing misinformation.
- Patient and Family Liaison: Provide information about hospital policies and services, help resolve complaints, and ensure patient and family concerns are addressed professionally.
- Internal Communication: Facilitate the flow of information between hospital management and staff, and champion internal recognition and engagement activities.
- Community Engagement: Organize outreach programs, health camps, and awareness campaigns, enhancing relationships with stakeholders and the local community.
- Event and Campaign Management: Plan and manage hospital events, conferences, donor drives, inaugurations, and publicity campaigns.
- Marketing and Digital Presence: Promote new services or specialties, collaborate with marketing teams, and ensure accurate, updated information on digital platforms and social media.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
